Knowledge Management Assessment

The objectives of this Assessment are: 1. Use the enterprise knowledge management Assessment mechanism to objectively measure the current knowledge management level of the enterprise. 2. Measure the four major aspects of the enterprise (cultural change, process operation, information technology, and knowledge management efficiency) via self-Assessment, on-site Assessment, and other procedures. The five major knowledge management maturity levels are used as the fair and objective Assessment mechanism to allow enterprises to easily grasp the current application status, clarify the knowledge management focus, and achieve promotion and diffusion effects. (Enterprise types can be divided into large and small/medium service enterprises as well as large and small/medium manufacturing enterprises)
