Corporate Environment Innovat ion and Culture Assessment
The goal of this Assessment is to understand the employees' perception of the company's working environment and culture. This factor allows companies to understand the employees' current organization perception, can serve as a reference before and after strategic planning or organizational change, and can be used to further calculate the relationship between each Assessment item as well as the employees' willingness to work. The Assessment aspects include: work autonomy, resource support, team support, incentives for innovation, organizational barriers, as well as work pressure and challenges. This Assessment requires participation from all employees in the enterprise (at least 30 or more representative employees), and is completed in an anonymous manner.
